VÅRBLÓT Retreat 2027 (27 – 31 May)

Deposit: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 60 days before the retreat start date to receive a full refund minus the non-refundable 20% deposit. Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the retreat will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds are given for cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event.
Bookings can be transferred to another individual with prior written approval and a transfer fee of 10%.
In case of retreat cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
Deposit is non-refundable except where otherwise stated.

Full Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total retreat price is required to secure your booking. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the retreat will receive a 50% refund of the total price. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat.

Bookings can be transferred to another person with prior written approval and a transfer fee of 10%. Changes to booking dates or accommodations must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and approval. In the unlikely event the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.

By paying the non-refundable deposit, you reserve your place on the retreat and commit to purchasing the full retreat. The deposit secures your booking and applies to the total price.

We also offer the possibility to pay in multiple instalments, but this must be arranged and approved in advance by contacting us directly.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations or interruptions. Deposits and partial payments do not include VAT. We recommend that you consult with your local tax authorities if you have questions regarding tax obligations related to travel services.
