DISABLÓT is a 5‑day spring retreat in Northern Denmark for sensitive, high‑depth women who feel stuck in grief, burnout or “frozen” roles and are longing for a creative reboot and a gentler way forward.
Rooted in the dísir—the powerful ancestral female spirits of fate and protection—this retreat centres on From Shards to Shape: one luminous day of Distillation – Glassblowing & Ceramics, where you work with master artisans in glass and clay. In small groups, you blow molten glass into light‑filled forms and shape clay on the wheel, turning fragments of old stories into tangible symbols of the life you are choosing next. Your finished pieces are fired and, if needed, shipped safely to your home as sacred talismans of your new chapter.
Around this core, DISABLÓT weaves quiet spring mornings in nature, breath and grounding practices, guided inner‑alchemy sessions on heartbreak and loss, and evening fire rituals where what has been lost is honoured and your next year is gently shaped.
